There's JOY in the
Kitchen when we come together to
fellowship and share our
lives with one another!
This is what you might call our first
newsletter to let you know of other
Pastor's Wives who are interested in
corresponding by e-mail, who would like
to be put on your Buddy List, or who have
children who would like to be pen
pals with other PK's.
Now, don't be shy once you have their names! We
all have so much in common
with each other. Whether it is simply being a
Mommy, or helping to shepherd
the flock, we have so much to share and encourage
each other with. The first
step is just to say hello! Maybe you could send a
brief bio of yourself and
your family, and don't forget to include things
such as hobbies, or whether
you home-school or not. (Several of you do!)
If you do not see your name on these lists, it is
because I have not heard
back from you. And if you would like to be
included, please e-mail me, and I
will pass on the information!
(You might want to print this letter off for
future reference, if you have a
printer, or save it to a Word Perfect type of
program.)
E-mail Correspondence & Buddy List*
Please use the e-mail heart below to get
a Buddy List.
*Re; Buddy Lists = For those of you who
do not know what a Buddy List is, or
how to get it started. . . .A Buddy List is a
little box that appears in the
upper right hand corner of your screen when you
log on. This box contains the
screen names of your "Buddy's" who are
also presently logged on. You can
locate where they are by clicking on
"Locate", or you can send them an
"IM"
(or Instant Message), OR you could invite one or
more into a "private room"
that works like the chat rooms do. ( Be sure to
click on preferences in order
to enable Buddy Sounds (door bell when friends
log on, or door slam when the
log off) You get the sounds to your computer by
clicking on the Sound Icon and
downloading the sounds. To activate these sounds,
go to your "Explorer", or
"File Manager", open the AOL30 file,
then the "Download" file and double
click
on the Buddy Sounds file. (Sounds complicated,
but it's worth it). Be sure to
click on the choice of whether or not you want
your Buddy View to open when
you log on. (If it doesn't, then go to KEYWORD
and type in BuddyView)

that we know others would enjoy. I
would like to share with you some of these books,

on.

our ministry and changed our
outlook on Spiritual Warfare.

Francis Frangipaine
2. "Life Without Strife" = Joyce Meyer
3. "The Sting Of The Scorpion" = John
Mastrogiovanni

"Piercing
The Darkness" = by Frank Peretti
Read Aloud - For The Family

There are so many things that can be
included in this newsletter! You may have
a question that you would like to ask other
Pastor's Wives, an inspiring story
or testimony, a funny happening from your
congregation, children, or from your
marriage. Perhaps you have enjoy writing and
would like to simply share your
gift with us. . . . . . Please feel free to
contribute, comment and suggest.
This newsletter is for you, and preferably from
you. I don't mind doing the
footwork, but I'm sure you would
get tired of always hearing from me, and not
from anyone else!

God Bless you all, and may God richly touch your
lives as you reach out and
